Shipping.
All
items will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched by 1st class
postage, if there is to be any delay we will notify you in good time by
email or phone if you have supplied your number. Any items ordered that
are temporarly out of stock will be posted as soon as they come in. If
any item ordered will be out of stock for more than a week we will
contact you to advise you and take your instructions on how you wish to
proceed.
Returns.
In the event of a suspected fault with any of our products please contact us firstby email or phone (it may be something simple). After contacting us and describing the fault and it is agreed all you have to do is simply return the item for a replacement. Not contacting us in the first place will slow down the process as we will need to contact you for more details. If the items returned or found non faulty they will be returned to you by mail. Although we rarely charge for testing non faulty cables we do reserve the right to do so.Items can be returned if they are incorrect or unwanted but will be subject to the refund of the item price only and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. The restocking fee will be waved and postage will also be refunded if you you contacted us for advice and we supplied the wrong cable, in this case we will of course try to supply the correct cable first. In all other instances the customer is assumed to have full knowledge of the product they have ordered
